MPSC State Service Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Candidates must meet the required eligibility for applying for the MPSC Recruitment as follows:
- For the post of Assistant Regional Transport Officer:
Educational and essential eligibility: Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and possess a Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- For all other Posts: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Age Limit: (as on 1 July 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Or 19 Years
- Maximum Age: 38 Years
Age relaxation will meet as mentioned in the official notification.

The recruitment includes several key positions in Group A such as Deputy Superintendent of Police/ Assistant Commissioner of Police with 4 vacancies, Assistant State Tax Officer, with 79 posts, Assistant Labour Commissioner with 1 post, Assistant Commissioner for skills, Employment and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department with 2 posts, and Assistant Regional Transport Officer with 21 posts. Additionally, other positions in Group- B include Cabinet Officer in the Ministry Department with 3 vacancies, Assistant Group Development Officer with 15 posts, Deputy Superintendent, State excise with 1 post, Assistant Commissioner, State Excise with 1 post.
