INI CET 2025 Result, All Information You Want About the Exam
Nationality: Indian Nationals, OCI, and Foreign Nationals (with embassy sponsorship for foreign candidates)
Educational Qualification: MBBS degree (for MD/MS/Dm/Mch Courses) or BDS degree (for MDS courses) from an MCI/DCI-recognized institution.
Maximum Marks: For UR/EWS Category candidates- 55%
For SC/ST/OBC Category candidates- 50%
Internship Requirement: Completion of compulsory 12-month rotatory internship on or before 31 January 2026 for the January session
Registration Certificate: Candidates must possess a valid provisional/ permanent registration certificate issued by the MCI/DCI/State Medical or Dental Council
Age Limit: There is no upper age limit specified for this exam.

If you need to check your result on the official website of AIIMS, you can follow these steps:
- Firstly, visit the official website of AIIMS for exams aiimsexams.ac.in
- Secondly, go to “Academic Courses”
- Click on “Results” link
- Click to choose this notification stating “Marks Secured by the Candidates…”
- Similarly, login to your account with your credentials.
- Check your results for CET 2025.
- Lastly, if qualified, download your scorecard for future reference.

Passing Cutoff Marks, You Need to Score in the Examination
If you want to get in the final list, you need to score the minimum cut off marks. This qualifying status varies depending on the category. For instance, a general category student needs to score more than 50 percentiles to qualify. Similarly, applicants of SC/ST category need to score more than 45 percentiles for the same. Students scoring more than these qualifying statuses are eligible for further counseling.
Therefore, based on these cut off marks, the institute will prepare a merit list. Moreover, this list comprises eligible candidates participating in different counselling rounds for seat allotment.
