CUET PG 2026 Begins Today: NTA issued exam day advisory for the candidates

The postgraduate admission season for central and participating universities is set to begin as the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate Courses (CUET PG) 2026. It starts on today 6, March 2026. For instance, the CUET PG is a nationwide examination which, will run until 27 March 2026 in CBT  mode at designated centres across the country, conducted by the  National Testing Agency every year.

Moreover, a notification for exam guidelines declared by the National Testing Agency including reporting procedures, biometric verification requirements, mandatory documents and a list of prohibited items inside the examination halls.

CUET PG 2026: Admit Card Released @exams.nta.nic.in

The National Testing Agency has released the admit card for CUET PG 2026 exam scheduled from March 6 to 10, 2026. Candidates can download the hall ticket online and must follow the exam centre and timing mentioned. It is a mandatory document to get entrance in the examination hall therefore don’t forget to bring the hall ticket and valid photo ID to the exam center.

Candidates who will appear in the computer-based test can download their hall ticket from the official website and must check the details mentioned on the admit card. A direct link to download the admit card is also provided here.

How to download the CUET PG Hall Ticket 2026?

Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form can download the admit card using the steps as follows:

  • Firstly, visit the official website- exams.nta.nic.in
  • Secondly, click on the link for CUET PG Admit Card 2026 on the homepage.
  • Now enter your login details such as registration number and password.
  • Similarly, click on submit to view your hall ticket.
  • Moreover, check all the details and download the admit card.
  • Lastly, take a printout for exam reference.

Extra Verification for Non- Aadhar candidates

The NTA has also clarifies that candidates who did not register using Aadahr or selected alternative identity verification methods during the application process will need to report earlier than usual.

Such candidates must reach the examination center at least one hour before the gate closing time to complete the process without delay.

Required Documents for Entrance in the Examination Hall

Candidates appearing for the exam will be required to carry specific documents for verification at the test centre. Entry will not be permitted without these documents. The mandatory items include:

  • A printed copy of the CUET PG 2026 admit card, preferably a clear colour printout on A4 paper.
  • Two passport-size coloured photographs.
  • A valid original government- issued photo identification.
