Through this recruitment drive against the Advertisement Number 01/2026 a total number of 103 vacancies are to be filled in different departments, including Deputy Collector, Superintendent of Police, District Commander,Assistant Registrar, Assistant Municipal Commissioner/ Executive Officer/ Special Officer/ Jail Superintendent and others. Selection for these posts will complete on the basis of Preliminary Examination and Main Examination, followed by an interview round.

JPSC will recruit eligible candidates to fill up 103 vacancies of Civil Services through the Combined Civil Services Exam 2026,  Moreover, the candidates will be selected for Group A and B posts in Jharkhand State Services. Educational Qualification:

To be eligible, a candidate must hold a degree from any of the Universities that are incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India, or from other educational institutions that are established by an Act of Parliament or have been declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act.1956.
