State Bank of India (SBI) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 2273 Circle Based Officer (CBO) posts in different offices of SBI across India. The selection process for CBO posts is based on an Online Test and Interview. For the year 2026 the detailed notification and application forms have been released along with complete details for 2273 vacancies on the official website at https://sbi.co.in/. SBI Circle-Based Officer Notification 2026 Released
The State Bank of India issued an official notification 2026 for posts of 2273 CBO. Candidates with any graduate degree can apply online. The online applications open on 29.01. 2026 and closes on 18.02.2026. The interested candidates must check the official notification details such as eligibility, age limit, application process, selection process an before applying.
SBI CBO Recruitment 2026: Eligibility & Age Limit
Candidates who are interested in applying for SBI Circle -Based Officers (CBO) Posts must meet the required eligibility as follows:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized such as by the Central Government including, integrated Dual Degree (IDD).
- Experience: Minimum two years’ experience as on 31.12.2025 as an officer any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any regional Rural bank as listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
Age Limit(as on 31.12.2025)
Minium Age: 21 Years (candidates must have been born not later than 31.12.2004)
Maximum Age: 30 Years( candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.01.1996)
Age Relaxation will be given for the reserved categories as follows:
- OBC candidates: 3 Years
- For the candidates of SC/ ST categories: 5 Years
- PwBD candidates (OBC): 13 Years
- For PwBD candidates (ST/SC): 15 Years
- For PwBD candidates (General/EWS): 10 Years
- Eligible Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years
