CGL Tier-1 to be Conducted in a Single Shift

SSC has decided to hold the CGL Exam Phase 13 in a single shift instead of multiple shifts. This ensures that all candidates get the same exam experience and reduces problems caused by different question papers in different shifts.

Moreover, SSC has also introduced a shift-wise normalization system to ensure fair scoring. This method adjusts marks if question papers in different shifts have varying difficulty levels, so no candidate is at a disadvantage, and the process of exam and evaluation is fair, and all the candidates receive equal question papers and an equal marking system. Therefore, the examination process will become fair, and distraction-free eligible candidates will get the opportunities to fill the vacant seats.

SSC CGL 2025 Exam, Aadhar Verification Mandatory for Students

During the SSC Selection Post Phase 13 Exam, over 59,500 candidates faced technical glitches and administrative issues. To address this and strengthen exam security, SSC has made Aadhar verification mandatory for all candidates. This ensures faster and smoother ID verification while reducing cases of impersonation and the use of fake IDs.
