- Secondly, login with your credentials. You can directly reach to the login page with this link https://www.tneaonline.org/user/login
- Thirdly, select the ‘Rank Details’ and you will see multiple pdfs.
- Lastly, click on the particular pdf file which contains information according to your category.
- Meanwhile, the rank list will appear on your screen, check your name to find the result.

List Preparation: Find How TNEA Prepares Admission List
The ranking procedure in the counselling is based on the scaling of student’s higher secondary marks out of 200. Applicants submit their 12th boards marks during the initial TNEA registration process.
The authorities then normalize these marks to 200 as the total marks to rank students on a similar scale.
Moreover, this normalization gives the highest weight to Mathematics. Finally, the remaining goes to Physics and Chemistry.

What Happens When Two Candidates Have Similar Marks?
In some cases, two candidates secure similar marks in their 12th board examination. Here, authorities prepare an inter-merit list with the following order of priority:
- Firstly, marks percentage in Mathematics
- If not then, marks percentage in Physics
- Otherwise, marks percentage in the optional subject
- Total marks secured in 12th board exams
- Lastly, who is the elder one among the two of them. (He will be prioritized)
