AAI Manager and Junior Executive Eligibility Criteria 2026 includes the educational qualification and age limit requirements mentioned in the official notification. Candidates must check the official notification.

Manager Posts: Maximum 32 years

Junior Executive Posts: Maximum 27 years

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST , 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD candidates, and upto 10 years for regular AAI employees.

AAI Manager and Junior Executive Selection Process 2026

AA Selection Process 2026 involves multiple phases depending on the post:

• Computer Based Test (CBT) : An objective test will conduct for all posts. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
• Application Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called to verify original documents.
• Interview: Applicable for Managerial posts(Post Codes 1 to 11).
• Physical and Driving Test: For Manager (Fire Services), candidates must clear a Physical Measurement Test, Physical Endurance Test (running, rope climbing, ladder climbing) and a Driving Test before the interview.
• Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the prescribed medical standards set by AAI.
